We are building Switzerland's first brownfield platform for AI data centres.
Factory halls and foundries drew heavy power for decades. We reactivate this brownfield land and the grid connections that come with it.
Old industrial sites already hold the land, the grid connection and the neighbours who can use the heat.
38,000
polluted sites across Switzerland
We investigate and clean up the ground on every site and bring the land back into use.
7 to 10
years to connect a new data centre to the grid in Europe's main hubs
Our sites build on grid connections that already exist.
2.1 TWh
of power used by Swiss data centres a year, all of it released as heat
We plan every site for heat recovery from day one, for district heating and cooling.
58.5% of Swiss electricity comes from hydropower, one of the lowest-carbon power systems in Europe.
Between Frankfurt, Milan and Paris, tied into the European grid by 41 cross-border lines.
Alpine reservoirs hold 8.9 TWh of power, ready for winter and for the peak hours of the European grid.
It analyses every parcel in Switzerland, finds the latent capacity at the substations that serve them and shows early which sites can be energised.
We work with data centre operators and grid operators across Switzerland.
